Controller and scope
This policy explains data processing on Krated’s public website and waitlist. Before production, the legal identity, address and privacy contact must be completed: Suquet Estudi · Pau Ferrandis García · NIF 53754694Z, Valencia, Spain and contacte@suquet.studio.
The private application may have additional information when accounts, audio uploads or connections are enabled.
Data we collect
The waitlist may collect your required email, name, profile type, discovery sources, optional answer, language, sign-up date, referral and UTM parameters.
We do not ask for passwords, audio files, videos, music libraries or recordings to join the waitlist.
Purpose and consent
We use this data to manage the waitlist, confirm registration, communicate access updates and understand DJs, producers and collectors. We do not sell personal data or send third-party advertising.
The intended legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to contacte@suquet.studio. Optional fields are processed only when you provide them.
Platforms and music
Krated organizes discoveries from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, files and recordings. Spotify and YouTube exports are available; SoundCloud is in development.
When you connect an account, the platform may receive track identifiers, Crate name and data needed to create a playlist. Connections are optional and also governed by each platform’s permissions, terms and privacy policy. Krated does not own linked music.
Retention, providers and rights
We retain a waitlist record while it is active, until consent is withdrawn or for the period required by law. Planned infrastructure includes PostgreSQL and Vercel; providers should access data only when needed and under appropriate contractual safeguards.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and complain to your authority. Procedure, periods, transfers and final contact must be reviewed before launch. Last updated: August 25, 2026.
