Scope and acceptance
These terms govern Krated’s public website, waitlist and described product features. By browsing or registering, you accept these terms and the privacy policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Krated captures, identifies, classifies and organizes music discoveries; it is not a streaming service and does not replace third-party licences.
Product and integrations
The product is in development and may change. Spotify and YouTube are shown as available integrations; SoundCloud is in development. This does not imply sponsorship, approval or a commercial relationship with those companies.
Exports depend on third-party APIs, permissions, availability and terms, which may change outside Krated’s control.
Waitlist and accounts
Joining does not guarantee access, an invitation, a launch date or an account. You must provide your own accurate details. Communications are limited to Krated updates and your consent.
When connected accounts are enabled, you are responsible for credentials and permissions. Krated does not receive or store external platform passwords.
Files and content
If you save a link, upload a file or record audio, you must have permission and respect copyright, trademarks, privacy and publicity rights. Do not upload confidential or third-party material without permission.
You keep your rights and grant only the permissions needed to provide the requested feature.
Acceptable use and ownership
Do not interfere with the website, test vulnerabilities without permission, automate abusive registrations, introduce malware, impersonate others or break the law. We may block fraudulent or abusive activity.
Krated or its licensors own the brand, code, design, copy and original icons. Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, Instagram and TikTok names belong to their respective owners.
Availability and changes
The website may contain errors, interruptions or changes. We do not promise perfect identification, continuous availability or always-correct metadata. Final liability limitations require legal review.
